Returns and Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free UK returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email our Customer Services Team via ukhomegymequipment@gmail.com. Alternatively visit our Facebook page to utilise instant messaging into our team by clicking here.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear
  • Returned items that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
  • Once the returned items have been received, refunds will be processed within 10 days.

Warrior Product Delivery

Warrior products can take up to six weeks to deliver.  For this reason, we do not charge delivery on Warrior products.

CANCELATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Please inform us via our website, social media, or via  ukhomegymequipment@gmail.com Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Orders that have not been cancelled within 24 hours that require a refund, will need to be returned to UK Home Gym before a refund is processed.
